Manic Coffee: Hours changed

Last weekend while visiting Manic with friends from out-of-town we noticed they had changed their hours to close 2-3 hours earlier every night. When we were at the same intersection last night to go to Nirvana next door, I snapped a quick picture of the new hours.

Rich noticed this listing on a craigslist ad: Lettieri attached to Honest Ed’s for sale.
I wonder if the place will sell and remain a Lettieri, or if it will be converted to something else?
