About Us

Candice is a 30-something Massage Therapist who moonlights as a food writer. She’s been cooking and baking for as long as she can remember, and loves to try new foods. Her diet is vegan and mostly gluten-free.  Originally from Nova Scotia, she moved to Ottawa to attend university and ended up sticking around for over 10 years. Now she and Rich are happily settled in Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood.

Rich is a 30-something IT manager at a local dot-com. He’s been a vegetarian for a few years and has an appreciation for good beer and good scotch.  He doesn’t tend to post here very often, but almost always contributes his taste buds to food and restaurant reviews.  He also really likes chili.
