If you work for a food company or PR agency representing a food-related business, please note the following simple rules before contacting us:

• We do not accept free products, period. Everything we review here is because we purchased it ourselves and decided we liked it enough to mention it on our blog.
• While we used to live in Ottawa, we no longer do, so please do not contact us to do an interview for an Ottawa show or publication. Unless you really want to come to Toronto to do it. ;)
• If contacting us about a Toronto event, please read through a few recent posts before sending emails. We’re vegetarians who live a pretty eco-friendly, holistic lifestyle. If the event is something we wouldn’t attend, we aren’t going to read your email about it and won’t post about it.
• And finally, if contacting us about an event, be specific. If your email just vaguely refers to an ‘exclusive event for people like you’, it goes right into the trash bin.
